Top 4 Tips for Dressing Modestly in Summer
Ah summer no school, hanging out with friends, and hot weather! Modest dressers worst enemy. Seeing girls walking around in short skirts and tank tops while I had to wear jeans and a T-shirt sweating like a pig I always wondered how to dress modestly and still look cute. Low and behold I'm traveling to Africa this summer and will have to find modest outfits to wear while avoiding the heat. These are my top four tips that I've found very helpful to dress modestly in hot weather. SKIRTS, SKIRTS, SKIRTS!!! As much as I love jeans that tight, thick, fabric just won't work in the heat. So what other option can you turn to? Skirts! specifically, maxi skirts (skirts that go to your ankle). These allow for air to flow freely so you aren't too hot.
